Even though there were signs that Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez might have reached a compromise in their legal battle, after they were seen together, that was just a brief development, as the two are still going at it behind the scenes.

A recent post from Bossip said that Stevie J was awarded primary custody of his daughter, Bonnie Bella, and he was also freed of his obligation to pay child support.

The situation came about after reports that the former Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star was preventing Stevie J from seeing their daughter at his scheduled visitation time.

Hernandez explained that she was physically unable to comply with the request and provided proof to the court.

She also accused the court of trying to manipulate the situation, claiming that they should have already been aware of her circumstances and that Stevie J was aware too.

Things got so bad that an arrest warrant was issued for Hernandez, but the situation did not have to deteriorate to the point of an actual arrest.

Now, it looks like the two have at least managed to reach some common grounds in their dispute, although it is very likely that Hernandez will not be too happy about the outcome of the legal case.

It is also possible that she might have some additional aces up her sleeve.

However, knowing the nature of legal proceedings and how painfully slow they can be at times, it will probably take a while before she gets a chance to use those.
